Cursed rank 1 includes Hex Defense -50% and the Cursed perk at +1. Location, reputation lean, focus, and guildmaster were blank in the guild summary table. The True Magic community build pairs Cursed with Kitsune or Half-Ork, Curved Magic, and a Bloodied Handle.

How do you get Cursed?
Talk to the Cursed guild NPC after you meet whatever level and reputation the NPC asks for. Those two numbers were not in the summary table.
How do you use Cursed?
Take the Hex Defense penalty only if the Cursed perk and a hex build are the point. Rank 2 still costs 10 SP for the cantrip.
