What is Rend?
Release a slow strong slash that gains size and speed on each enemy hit and critically strikes the first enemy hit. Cooldown: 20 Seconds. Listed base damage: 35. Damage type and scaling follow the weapon unless a requirement says otherwise. Requirements: Greatsword Weapon Type. Hybrid scaling does not count toward weapon-art requirements. A weapon art's attack speed is affected by weapon attack speed, stat attack speed, Quickcast, Power Inhale, and Stone Weapon.

Choose it at a sword shrine while building a weapon whose type, scaling, and boosts meet the requirement lines.
How do you use Rend?
Bind it to Q. It goes on cooldown after you cast it. If the shrine does not offer it, the weapon is missing a required type, scaling, or boost.
